Zanders was founded in 1994 by treasury specialists, Chris Zanders and Rob Naber. Since then, the business has grown to become the leading global independent treasury and risk consulting firm, employing over 200 people. In 2021, MML partnered with the Zanders management team, all of whom reinvested materially, to facilitate the transition to a ‘capital’ model, provide investment to aid its growth plans and create a significant equity pot for future hires.
