Mani has spent over a decade in M&A and private equity, principally focused on the mid-market. He started his career with six years in the M&A group at Deloitte. He then spent six years at NorthEdge, mid-market private equity fund investing across a range of sectors with a particular focus on services and technology before joining MML.

What most attracted you to joining MML?

MML has a market leading track record in the mid-market and also a reputation of being good people to deal with, that’s a fairly unique and winning combination in the private equity industry. Also, the opportunity to join a highly motivated team and help build out the new Enterprise strategy is an exciting one.

What is the most exciting part of your job?

Working with entrepreneurs and management teams to help scale successful, high growth businesses into market leaders.

Do you have a hidden talent? What is it?

Aircraft identification skills, specifically post-Cold War western military aircraft – niche, I know!
