Roger brings extensive experience from business and professional services. He has been the Managing Partner of Bain & Company UK, as well as previously being CEO of BPP Holdings plc and Findel plc.  Roger is also Non-Executive Chair of Isio, Lawyers on Demand and Efficio, and he Chairs the charity Action for M.E.
