Nactis Flavours acquired the aromatic raw materials business of the PCAS Group

Aroma expert Nactis Flavours, has completed a new strategic transaction with the acquisition of the raw material aromatic activity of PCAS group.

Barely a year after the acquisition of the Belgian subsidiary of the Robertet Group, Robertet Savoury, Nactis Flavours has further developed the product portfolio. The activity of PCAS Group and Nactis’ Synarome brand have considerable synergies, specialising in aromatic raw materials and the distillation of essential oils.

Hervé Lecesne, Chairman and Founder of the group Nactis Flavours:

« The new businesses acquired will enable Nactis Flavours to become a leading European player in the manufacture of the aromatic molecules niche. This will give the company additional manufacturing capacity and research and development, enabling it to strengthen and expand the production of molecules and advanced aromatic raw materials, including in the future biocatalytically. »
