Aroma expert Nactis Flavours, has completed a new strategic transaction with the acquisition of the raw material aromatic activity of PCAS group.

This will give the company additional manufacturing capacity and research and development, enabling it to strengthen and expand the production of molecules and advanced aromatic raw materials, including in the future biocatalytically.”

MML Managing Partner Henry-Louis Merieux said

“MML is committed to supporting businesses grow internationally and through acquisition. Nactis is another example of building a niche business, with selected acquisitions both domestically and internationally.”

Henry-Louis Merieux and Louis de Montille lead the Nactis investment for MML.
