What most attracted you to joining the MML team?

I have always enjoyed working for international businesses and I was excited to join MML during such a strong growth period for the firm. At the same time, the Paris team is a very dynamic and tight-knit group who I knew I would enjoy working alongside.

What do you think makes MML stand out?

1. The ability to structure a 'tailored investment' for each portfolio company we partner with
2. The network of offices in Europe and the US really supports the international development of our portfolio companies
3. Our positioning, not simply as financing partners, but also true 'business partners' to the management teams we work with

What has been your greatest life adventure?

I spent a month exploring Chile on my own a couple of years ago. It was a brilliant adventure, exploring incredible landscapes, from mountaineering volcanos in Araucania to horse riding in the Atacama Desert.
