Blanche holds an MBA in hospitality, restaurant, and tourism management. She initially held operational roles in the hospitality and restaurant industry in Paris, before progressing to restaurant manager and later sector manager in premium catering. She joined MML as an Office Manager after deciding to explore a different working field whilst staying in a demanding service-oriented profession.

What do you enjoy about working at MML?

During the interview process, I had the opportunity to meet the entire team, who were very approachable and welcoming. It's a pleasure to interact with each of them daily. I also really appreciate there is no typical day - in the same day, I can liaise with suppliers, communicate with the team on projects where I can support them, schedule meetings, or solve a technical issue in the office. This requires being responsive and organised, which suits me well. I like supporting the team to be as efficient and effective as possible.

What are five things you can't live without?

Discovering new restaurants, practising sports every day (to compensate for the restaurants), travelling with family or friends, having new projects, and regularly celebrating!
