Sean joins us after a successful decade at Mill Road Capital, a mid-market private equity firm founded by former Blackstone professionals, where he executed transactions, led, and negotiated successful sales of companies in the US, Canada, and the UK. He also served as Chairman and Director on multiple Boards, driving strategic planning and execution. Prior to Mill Road Capital, Sean began his career at Solomon Partners in the investment banking team and has a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
