MML supports DMS to complete its fifth transaction under MML’s investment

DMS Governance (“DMS”) is delighted to announce the acquisition of Azienda Financial Services (“Azienda”), a well-established and independent corporate services provider, based in Luxembourg. Azienda specialises in administering investment structures for private equity, real estate and structured finance investments.

Given its robust structured finance operation and its global client base, the acquisition will further strengthen the Group’s footprint in the region and build upon its already significant Luxembourg presence. The acquisition also serves to complement the Group’s recent transaction with Luxembourg-based MDO, demonstrating its commitment to the region.

Global CEO Derek Delaney noted

“We are delighted to bring Azienda on board to bolster our structured finance offering and this is another significant milestone for DMS in terms of our global growth strategy.”

Azienda’s MD, Mark Beckett noted, “We are extremely pleased to be bringing Azienda and its experienced team within the DMS Group to lead the structured finance offering in Luxembourg.”

Azienda is the fifth transaction following MML’s investment in August 2019, alongside Host Capital, MDO, MontLake and Oligo Fund Services.
