Given its robust structured finance operation and its global client base, the acquisition will further strengthen the Group’s footprint in the region and build upon its already significant Luxembourg presence. The acquisition also serves to complement the Group’s recent transaction with Luxembourg-based MDO, demonstrating its commitment to the region.

Azienda is the fifth transaction following MML’s investment in August 2019, alongside Host Capital, MDO, MontLake and Oligo Fund Services.
