JSS was originally founded in 2006 as Above the Tracks. As its service offerings and customer base expanded, the company rebranded to Job-Site Safety in 2010 to reflect its broader reach across the infrastructure, utilities, and energy sectors. In 2011, JSS introduced standby rescue services, establishing itself as a comprehensive safety provider. Today, JSS provides certified safety professionals, standby rescue teams, site safety audits, and customized safety training programs.

The acquisition has also expanded OnPoint’s leadership team, welcoming Justin LeBeau and Stephen Arndt – both bringing extensive experience in safety management, operations, and standby rescue.
