Freeland announces strategic acquisition of Asenium

We are delighted to support Freeland’s continued growth with its acquisition of Asenium. This is Freeland’s sixth acquisition since 2020 as it continues to diversify, consolidating its market position providing a range of services to freelancers.

Asenium is a recognised specialist in deploying freelancers skilled in ERP & CRM environments, having expanded its activities to over twenty countries since its inception in 2005. This acquisition strengthens the Freeland Group’s position as a leader in the freelancing market and broadens its influence internationally.

Patrick Levy-Waitz and Hubert Camus, Chairman and CEO of the Freeland Group, commented:

“This integration will enhance our added value through new freelancer skills and synergies for our corporate clients. Moreover, this will allow us to strengthen our presence in Europe and internationally, which are key development focus areas for the coming years.”

Louis de Montille, Partner at MML, adds:

“We are delighted to welcome Asenium’s expertise, enabling the Freeland Group to reinforce its European leadership position as an integrated platform of services for independents and to expand its pool of talent and expertise in IT services for its clients.”

Freeland was advised by Alvarez & Marsal (Donatien Chenu, Ahmed Hammi), Lawways (Hortense Rouvier, Laura Pallavicini, Ariane Baduel) and Fides (Camille Perrin, Nicolas Menard-Durand).
