Yasmin qualified as a Chartered Accountant with EY in their audit team, after five years she moved into the corporate finance team advising entrepreneurs and PE-backed management teams on M&A. After eight years at EY, Yasmin moved to PwC to work in restructuring M&A before joining the investment banking technology sector team at Citi. After a year at Citi she moved to MML.

What most attracted you to joining MML?

Throughout the interview process I had the opportunity to meet a lot of the team and found everyone really nice and approachable. I also had the opportunity to visit the office a few times before I started and loved the atmosphere with everyone working collaboratively.

What do you most enjoy about working with company founders?

I really enjoy how passionate they are about their businesses, and rightly so! I love the fact my role gives me the opportunity to partner with them to help drive their businesses forward and support with any issues they may be facing.

What's life like outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy hanging out with friends and taking trips back up North to see my family and two dogs.
