What do you find most rewarding about your role at MML?

I find the partnership spirit of investing in the middle-market extremely fulfilling. The role is relationship-driven, and involves collaboration, both within the MML team, and externally, with talented management teams, the advisor community and the wider MML network.

How did your career path bring you to private equity?

Working in mergers and acquisitions at Credit Suisse, I was exposed to a number of private equity clients, and had the opportunity to observe them progress through both sides of a transaction. I realised how much more exciting it seemed working on deals as a principal rather than as an advisor, as it implies a greater level of critical thinking.

What does life look like when you leave the office?

Outside the office, my main hobby is attending all sorts of workout classes and learning new sports disciplines. I also really enjoy discovering new cuisines, either by trying out various restaurants around London or when travelling.
