Laura studied International Business at Maastricht University in the Netherlands and at Queen's University in Canada and worked in M&A at J.P. Morgan and Evercore before moving into infrastructure investing at 3i. She joined MML as part of the Keystone investment team.

What most attracted you to joining the MML team?

The people - ambitious but down to earth - and the chance to help build Keystone. We back entrepreneurial businesses, so it’s nice to share that spirit ourselves.

What do you most enjoy about being an investor?

Meeting and learning from passionate people that are experts in their professions, asking questions for a living and helping grow businesses that are essential to our everyday life.

Name five things you couldn’t live without.

Running after my two little boys and running to clear my head, and 3 pairs of AirPods—so there’s always a pair to hand!
