How would you describe the culture at MML?

Since joining, it quickly became apparent how forward-thinking we are at MML. Everyone is interested in how we can improve our business processes going forward and how we can create more value in our work.

There is also a strong sense of connection between all employees across every department at MML, which allows for congruence towards our goals, and a clear plan which is shared by all.

What do you most enjoy about your role at MML?

Since my role is largely transactional-based, I am lucky enough to see the business from a developmental perspective. This helps me stay informed of a broad range of business activities and is also a great aid in learning more about the private equity industry.

What does life look like when you leave the office?

On a typical weekend I like to get on the golf course at every opportunity. I’m lucky enough to live within walking distance of my local club, which leads me to spend, what some would say, an unhealthy amount of my free time on the course. It’s a shame the time is never usually spent on the fairway.

When I’m not at the golf club, you’ll probably catch me at the London Stadium watching West Ham.

Even though playing golf and watching West Ham are presumed to be my way of relaxing after a week of work, they end up being the two most stressful and infuriating parts of my life.
