What is the most exciting part of your job?

For me, the most exciting part are the people you get to meet along the way. Rarely a week goes by without sitting down with entrepreneurs and management teams who are deeply passionate about what they do, and that offers an exposure you would struggle to find anywhere else. Getting under the skin of so many different business models, understanding what drives each founder, and learning from people who have built something meaningful is a real privilege. No two businesses, and no two days, are ever quite the same. 

What do you think makes MML stand out?

The first thing that stands out for me is the people. From day one, what struck me was how approachable and grounded everyone is, with a real sense of collaboration across the team. That same spirit comes through in the way we work with management teams, as genuine partners rather than simply investors.

What does life look like when you leave the office?

Having grown up in Paris in a family of restaurant owners, a good part of my free time is spent in those places where I grew up, which lets me catch up with family and friends at the same time! Sport also plays a big part in my life, both playing and watching. I spent more than ten years on the rugby pitch, and as a supporter I am certainly enjoying these golden days of Paris Saint-Germain!
