After graduating from Durham University, Emily worked for a number of years in consultancy. This included sustainability consultancy where she worked specifically with mid-market private equity clients on their ESG reporting and ESG assessments of their portfolio companies.

What most attracted you to joining the MML team?

The international presence and the strong team spirit which I heard about before I even joined – and so far, I haven’t been disappointed!

What do you enjoy most about ESG?

I love seeing how enthusiastic people in any kind of role or business can be with a collective sense of purpose.

What does life look like when you leave the office?

Outside of work, I’m either on the tennis court, painting or cooking for friends.
