Quite honestly, the people. It may seem like a cliché, but I can say with utter sincerity that the people are MML’s biggest asset. It’s an environment where, whilst the team is impressively driven, they also understand the importance of balance. The strong ethos and culture permeates through the office which allows for an environment where people actually enjoy coming in and working collaboratively with their colleagues.
One of my favourite things about the job is how no day is the same. Working with such a hardworking and dedicated team definitely keeps me on my toes!
I’ll start of by of course saying my friends and family – because no doubt my mother will be reading this. I also couldn’t live without music or film – I write this having just seen Barbie which may or may not have changed my life. Finally, although I do hate to admit this, I must be honest and, regrettably confess, my phone.
