What most attracted you to joining the MML team?

The partnership-driven investment approach was the key attraction for me. I then got the chance to meet all of the team, which only confirmed the great reputation that MML have in the market.

How did your career path bring you to work for a private equity house?

During my time at KPMG, I was fortunate to work with a wide range of clients across private equity and industry which gave me a strong insight into the private equity industry and how investors approach businesses. This experience made me realised that I wanted to move closer to the investment decision-making process and have greater involvement in the businesses following a transaction.

What does life look like when you leave the office?

You’ll find me running around a London park, travelling to new places, or spending time with my family and friends.
