New appointments at MML

MML Capital Partners has significantly bolstered their UK and French investment teams with three appointments that follow the final close of their fifth fund in May 2011 at €252m.

In London, Gemma Chivers and Robert Devonshire have joined as Investment Managers, Sebastien Beth joins the Paris team as an Investment Director.

Sebastien is formerly of AtriA Capital Partenaires where he focused on growth capital transactions and management buyouts.

Gemma previously spent three years in PwC’s consumer corporate finance team working on solvent and distressed transactions. Prior to this Gemma qualified as a chartered accountant at BDO Stoy Hayward.

Robert joined after two years in Ernst and Young’s corporate finance team working on a range of transactions within life sciences as well as in the support service and healthcare teams. Prior to this he qualified as a chartered accountant within E&Y’s strategic growth markets division.

Gemma, Robert and Sebastien will support the existing team in investing MML’s fifth fund.
