James joins as an Investment Associate, having spent a number of years in the technology & services investment banking team at Baird, and recently working closely with the MML team on our Waystone sale process. Before that, James began his career in M&A advisory at finnCap Cavendish where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.

Emanuele also joins as an Investment Associate, bringing experience in mid-market M&A advisory from his time at Aon Securities, in their FIG team, followed by Stephens, in their generalist M&A team. He began his career as part of the corporate development team at the London Stock Exchange.  

Ashleigh joins as a Management Accountant, having worked as an accounting assistant at Advent Life Sciences. She began her accounting career working for a property group and is a part-qualified ACCA student.
