Coventya formulates and manufactures speciality additives used during different phases of the plating process, in order to cover surfaces with layers of metal to protect against corrosion, reduce abrasion and for decorative purposes. Since 2000, the Group has significantly grown organically, through selective acquisitions and through partnership agreements.

MML has enjoyed a successful relationship with Coventya during the period of investment which saw the business develop internationally. The investment was led by Henry-Louis Merieux.
