What most attracted you to joining the MML team?

Initially, I was drawn to MML’s entrepreneurial spirit, both in its partnership-led approach to investing and in the momentum and ambition behind MML’s own journey as a firm. As I got to know the team, I was impressed not only by the calibre and integrity of the people, but also by how friendly and fun the culture is – ultimately, the people became the biggest draw to joining MML!

What do you most enjoy about being an investor?

I love the opportunity to work with passionate and ambitious management teams and entrepreneurs, helping them bring their vision for their businesses to life. As investors at MML, we get to share in the journey of our portfolio companies while also helping shape it through value creation initiatives, which is what makes the role particularly rewarding.

What does life look like when you leave the office?

I like to keep my diary full inside and outside the office – that generally looks like spending time with friends, trying new restaurants, running and going to concerts.
