The addition of Richard Mayers as an Investment Director in the London team is the culmination of the latest round of MML recruitment following two earlier appointments in London and one in Paris over the last 6 months.

Prior to joining MML, Richard was a Director in the Strategic Business Services team at National Australia Bank, having previously lead a large number of UK mid-market private equity financed transactions as part of NAB's Leverage Finance team. Most notably these included Retail Decisions, Clarion Events, AKW Medicare and Healthcare at Home.

Prior to this, Richard also gained experience at Goldman Sachs European Leverage Finance and Ernst and Young having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Arthur Andersen in the Global Corporate Finance division.
