Chandler joins our US office. He began his career at Citigroup, working in Commercial Banking, before joining Guggenheim Partners where he worked in the Industrials Investment Banking team, prior to joining MML.

Chester, James and Laura are based in our London office.

Chester joins from Metier, a pan-African private equity firm, where he spent six years working across its growth capital and sustainable capital funds. Prior to that, he worked in the M&A team at Houlihan Lokey. 

James worked in mid-market M&A advisory across a range of sectors at Stephens after university. He then worked in the TMT investment banking team at Deutsche Bank, before joining MML.

Laura started her career working at 3i. She then worked in the direct investments team of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan before joining MML.
