Sara joins us from Stephens where she spent four years in their M&A team focusing on mid-market financial services transactions. Before that, she began her career as an M&A analyst with the Portuguese investment bank, Espirito Santo, in London.
 
Karima joins us from LGT Capital where she spent four years executing and originating mid-market LBO transactions as well as actively supporting existing portfolio management teams. Before that, she began her career in large cap M&A investment banking with the consumer, retail, healthcare, and real estate group at Goldman Sachs.
