MML Capital Partners today announced that they have taken a minority interest in Exploration Logistics Group, the specialist provider of remote site medical, health, safety and mine clearance services, positioning the company for a further period of development and expansion.

MML Capital Partners ("MML") announced today that it has completed a refinancing for Precision Valve Corp. ("Precision"). The investment was made from MML's fifth fund.

Accordingly, with the approval of the senior lenders, on 30 April 2010 MML Capital Partners received early repayment of one third of its mezzanine investment.
