How would you describe what RS does?
The business comprises eight brands which manufacture and distribute washrooms, vanity units, pre-plumbed panelling and loose sanitaryware. We are an international platform of scale, with a track record of sustained growth and a strong market position in a large and fragmented market.
What was RSBP's story before MML invested?
I founded RSBP in 2006 through the simultaneous acquisitions of Amwell Systems and Twyford Bushboard, and then Venesta in 2007. Since then, through a combination of organic and acquisitive growth, revenues have grown to c.£60m and we now employ over 350 staff across the UK and the Middle East.
