How would you describe the culture at MML?

In the short time I have been with MML, I have found it to be a collaborative and inclusive organisation, fostering a positive atmosphere whilst maintaining professionalism.

What does life look like when you leave the office?

A typical day after work often includes going to the gym and socialising with friends. I find that having a well-structured routine helps keep me motivated and focused throughout the week.
