Co-CEO – Ian Wallis:
Since joining us in early 2022 Sean has been instrumental in developing our US presence and under his leadership we expect this momentum to continue as we look forward to Fund IX.
I am incredibly grateful to Sean for his efforts and achievements and offer sincere congratulations on this well-deserved promotion.
Partner, Finance – Karan Darroch:
Since joining MML in 2018, Mariya has been an instrumental member of the Finance team, ensuring the delivery of service across our current 9 Fund structures and the corporate side of our business, with great efficiency and professionalism. Her positive, solutions-based approach has been vital to the success of the team, supporting the business through its rapid growth journey to date.
Partner, US – Sean Quinn:
Alex has been instrumental in strengthening our US business since joining MML in 2022. He has supported the execution of several platform investments, contributed to the growth of our US portfolio, and helped extend MML’s presence across the market.
Partner and Head of IR – Jonty Graham says:
Divisha joined MML three years ago after six years at PwC and has become a valued member of the IR team. Over the past year she has managed a significant flow of investor enquiries and due diligence requests with consistent care and efficiency. She works closely with our Investment and Finance teams and has provided thoughtful support and mentoring to newer members of the IR team.
Divisha has also expanded her direct engagement with investors during the successful Keystone & Partnership fundraises, helping to secure commitments from a number of new global LPs.
Her contribution has been important to the firm’s fundraising success, and this promotion reflects that.
Managing Partner UK, Partnership Capital – Richard Mayers:
It is a great pleasure to announce Chester’s promotion to Investment Manager. Since joining MML back in 2024, Chester has become an integral part of the Partnership investment engine and, as importantly, a great culture setter for MML more generally.
Chester has willingly embraced whatever is thrown at him and has consistently stepped up whenever needed.
Keystone Co-Partners – Sharand Maharaj & Andrew Honan:
Laura Goksh has been promoted to Investment Manager. Laura has six years of buy-side experience across private equity and infrastructure investing at 3i and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. She has played an integral role in delivering two successful investments, Lowe and eKegs, within three months, both executed in lean deal teams. Her commercial acumen and disciplined approach to execution have been important to the fund’s success in these situations.
Arttu Koivula has also been promoted to Investment Manager. Arttu brings six years of experience, including more than two years with MML and earlier experience at Goldman Sachs. He played a pivotal role in sourcing and leading the day-to-day execution of a new Nordic investment that MML has recently signed and will announce in due course. His analytical rigour and strong ownership mindset have made him a valued member of the team.
Managing Partner, France – Henry-Louis Merieux:
Antonin started his MML career as an intern in 2022, before becoming an analyst in 2023.
He demonstrates a highly praised, extremely reliable execution of the new platform investments & strict monitoring of the portfolio assets with the team.
Antonin has been a very positive part of the scaling of the investments throughout Partnership Fund VII and Fund VIII.
