Luke Jones, Partner at MML, said:
“We are delighted to welcome Cameron, Pedro, Luís, Filipe, Jorge, and their very talented teams to the Roboyo family. With these latest acquisitions, we are adding Lean Consulting’s expertise in Lean Six Sigma and Process Improvement as well as WeMake’s BPM implementation expertise and strengths in cybersecurity, compliance, and business continuity. This will only serve to strengthen Roboyo’s ability to engineer successful business outcomes for the world’s largest and most dynamic companies, and we are very excited for clients to feel the benefits of Roboyo’s newly enhanced offering.”
The addition of Lean Consulting will also strengthen the Roboyo Group’s UK presence, adding several experienced UK-based consulting, training and automation specialists to Roboyo’s operations. The Lean Six Sigma and Systems Thinking process mining methodologies offered by Lean Consulting complement Roboyo’s automation capabilities and support Roboyo’s strategic direction to drive more value through end-to-end process optimisation.
Nicolas Hess, Co-Founder and CEO of Roboyo, commented:
On Lean Consulting: “Roboyo’s consulting offering has been a huge factor in our phenomenal growth over the past few years, so it was an extremely easy decision to invite Lean Consulting to join us. Their expertise and honed skillset will strengthen our real-world, value-led, end-to-end automation offering and, by consolidating our UK presence, we’re able to reach more clients and provide next level hyperautomation solutions to UK businesses.”
On WeMake: “We are extremely excited about joining forces with WeMake! As an industry leader in implementing BPM solutions, cybersecurity and IMS, adding WeMake to the Group will not only strengthen our footprint in the hyperautomation space but expand our geographical footprint in terms of talent and clients in Portugal and beyond.”
Will Stewart and Luke Jones led the deals for MML alongside Brian Southward at Roboyo. Roboyo was advised by Pinsent Masons (Ed Stead / Rob Cunningham) and RSM (Rob McCarthy).
