After graduating from University College London with a first class Master's degree in Biomedical Sciences, Divisha joined PwC Assurance where she spent six years in audit and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. She subsequently joined MML in our Investor Relations team.

What do you most enjoy about your role at MML?

I really enjoy the variety an investor relations role brings, being a combination of finance, communication, and marketing to control the flow of information between MML, its investors and various other stakeholders. The diversity of the work ensures no day is like any other!

How did your career path bring you to work for a private equity house?

As a previous auditor within an asset and wealth management business unit, I had the opportunity to work on private equity audits which is where I started to learn more about how private equity worked. I’ve always really enjoyed learning about different businesses and how they’ve become successful.

What's life like outside of work?

I love travelling, cooking, seeing my friends and family, and organised fun.
