What do you think makes MML stand out?

From my very first interactions with MML, the team's supportive and friendly culture stood out. This collaborative approach extends beyond the office and into the firm's investment strategy, where MML works alongside management teams as true partners rather than owners of the businesses they invest in.

What most attracted you to working in mid-market private equity?

I find mid-market private equity particularly exciting because it offers the opportunity to work closely with founders and management teams who have successfully scaled their businesses. At this stage, companies have a solid foundation, but there is still significant potential for growth. Being able to actively contribute to their next phase of expansion and value creation is what makes this space so fascinating.

What does life look like when you leave the office?

Coming from the other side of the world, I spend my weekends exploring London's diverse neighbourhoods, watching sports, and logging the occasional activity on Strava. As a keen traveller, I’m also excited to take advantage of Europe’s close proximity and explore new destinations.
