The approach is very hands-on and aims at empowering all its people to voice their opinions and have an actual impact when approaching an investment opportunity and supporting management teams. I have lived across five different countries and worked with many blue-chip financial services institutions covering different Western European markets including the UK, the Nordics, Benelux, France, Spain and Germany. I am a very good singer and have performed in front of a crowd of over 500 people when I was a business school student. I am also fond of deadlifting and was able to carry over one times my own weight in deadlifts, less than six months after starting my training; which was a great achievement as a woman starting at beginner level.
