What do you think makes MML Capital unique from other private equity houses?

I believe the people that work here are what makes us different. Everyone is incredibly helpful and supportive. It doesn’t matter who you are, your position or what you do, no one thinks they are too important to stop and give help, advice and encouragement when it's needed or asked for.

What does life look like when you leave the office?

I’ve always been quite sporty, so after work I like to play for my local hockey club and go the gym. Saying that, I love going out with friends and having a laugh but I am also just as happy chilling out and having a quiet night in.

What is your proudest achievement?

My proudest achievement is completing the Devizes to Westminster canoe race in 2016. It is a challenging 125 mile paddle over four days, but was even more difficult in 2016 when I had to paddle in some of the worst weather the race had ever experienced – rain, hail, thunder and lightning, it was a very wet, exhausting but rewarding experience.
