It has been a pleasure to spend time with the team before joining, getting real comfort on the firm\u2019s culture and values, as well as developing plans to further expand the US office shortly.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sean joins us after a successful decade at Mill Road Capital, a mid-market private equity firm founded by former Blackstone professionals, where he executed transactions, led, and negotiated successful sales of companies in the US, Canada, and the UK. He also served as Chairman and Director on multiple Boards, driving strategic planning and execution.
