Robert Devonshire has been a key part of the MML UK deal team over the last 5 years, working on deals including ATA which MML successfully exited in March this year. Other transactions Robert has worked on include Arena, Optionis, Clean and IQARUS. Robert started his career with EY and joined MML in 2011 as an Investment Manager. He is now being promoted to Investment Director.<\/p>\n

Gemma Chivers and Lizzy Shaw have both been an integral part of the fundraising and operations team at MML, contributing to the successful raise of the EUR 438 million MML Capital Partners Fund VI. Lizzy moved to MML in 2012 after working at Disruptive Capital Finance and will now become Director of Finance and Administration. Gemma moved to MML in 2011 following previous roles in M&A at PwC and BDO and will become Investor Relations Director.<\/p>\n

MML Capital Partners is a leading pan-European and transatlantic independent investment firm typically investing \u20ac20-50m per transaction. Fund VI final closed in February 2016 and the firm has made five investments to date with a further two in exclusivity expected to complete shortly. MML provides capital to businesses for expansion, acquisitions and recapitalisations, focussing predominately on minority investments and backing incumbent management teams. Providing a clear alternative to conventional private equity, the firm specialises in structuring investments using many levels of capital from equity through to mezzanine.
