Prior to this Gemma qualified as a chartered accountant at BDO Stoy Hayward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Robert joined after two years in Ernst and Young's corporate finance team working on a range of transactions within life sciences as well as in the support service and healthcare teams. Prior to this he qualified as a chartered accountant within E&amp;Y's strategic growth markets division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gemma, Robert and Sebastien will support the existing team in investing MML's fifth fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bal Johal, Managing Partner in MML's London office explained:<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\"We are in a growth phase as a business, we have made three new investments in the last year, exited eight and raised a new fund -
