The transaction with Trivest-backed Province, which signed in Dec-25, creates a multi-disciplinary advisory platform with expanded capabilities and global reach, whilst critically allowing StoneTurn to maintain a practitioner-led, client-first operating model largely free of institutional conflicts. The combined firm will boast 300+ professionals operating across 19 offices on five continents, and on-the-ground experience in over 100 countries.
