Our 2024 report highlights how this approach continues to drive meaningful progress across our business and portfolio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key developments include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Enhanced regulatory alignment and transparency<\/strong>: 2024 marked the submission of our first SFDR Principal Adverse Impact disclosures, alongside continued alignment with the ESG Data Convergence Initiative (EDCI) to improve data quality and comparability across private equity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strengthened performance across international benchmarks:<\/strong>\u00a0We achieved a 5% improvement in our UN PRI score, remaining above the median across all relevant categories - a strong endorsement of our responsible investment approach and the positive ESG progress within our portfolio companies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Portfolio-wide climate and ESG integration:<\/strong>\u00a0Following our TCFD-aligned climate risk assessment in 2023, we continued to embed climate-related insights and ESG performance tracking across our portfolio through our bespoke digital ESG Performance Tracker.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Recognition for leadership and culture:<\/strong>\u00a0Continued recognition as one of <em>The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 (UK \u2013 Small)<\/em>\u00a0and finalist in the Real Deals Awards: <em>ESG Champion of the Year (Mid-Cap)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Our approach remains grounded in partnership - supporting portfolio companies in developing their own sustainability strategies while delivering long-term value for our investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As our Co-CEOs Bal Johal and Ian Wallis note in this year\u2019s report:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\"<em>We believe responsible investment is not the exception, but the norm - a catalyst for long-term value creation and resilience<\/em>.\"<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond the impactful work within our portfolio, we are also committed to giving back through a range of charitable initiatives.
