He began his career&nbsp;at Citigroup, working in Commercial Banking, before joining Guggenheim Partners where he worked in the Industrials Investment Banking team, prior to joining MML.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chester, James and Laura are based in our London office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chester joins from Metier, a pan-African private equity firm, where he spent six years working across its growth capital and sustainable capital funds. Prior to that, he worked in the M&amp;A team at Houlihan Lokey.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>James worked in mid-market M&amp;A advisory across a range of sectors at Stephens after university. He then worked in the TMT investment banking team at Deutsche Bank, before joining MML.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Laura started her career working at 3i. She then worked in the direct investments team of Ontario Teachers\u2019 Pension Plan before joining MML.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s a pleasure to see our investment teams continue to grow across our strategies and offices.
