A strategic move aligned with MML’s Infrastructure Private Equity approach

This acquisition marks MML’s third under its Infrastructure Private Equity strategy, which blends private equity value creation with deep sector expertise from its dedicated infrastructure team, led by Sharand Maharaj and Andrew Honan. The focus is on distributed infrastructure platforms with high-growth potential, robust asset deployment capabilities, and strong infrastructure characteristics that offer attractive returns.
