Richard Burke, CEO of Arrow, noted:
“I am really excited to welcome the Circle and Fabric teams into the Arrow family. The cultural alignment of the businesses stood out throughout the acquisition process and the high level of technical skill sets across the organisations will enhance Arrow’s cloud, Microsoft and networking capability even further. We can’t wait to get working with the Circle team.”
Amar Shanghavi, Investment Director at MML, noted:
“I’d like to welcome Roger, Stephen, David and the team to Arrow. This is a transformational acquisition as Circle is a high growth business of scale that has been able to unlock an exciting customer base through having market leading expertise, particularly on the Microsoft stack. The combined business is now well placed to continue to deliver strong growth.”
The acquisition will enable Arrow to expand its product offering through Circle’s expertise in cloud solutions, networking and managed services. Circle’s Microsoft Tier 1 CSP partner status alongside Fabric IT’s accreditations in Microsoft Dynamics also enables Arrow to offer the full Microsoft suite of solutions and benefit from extensive experience across both public and private sector clients.
Amar Shanghavi, Christian Brown and Luke Jones led the deal for MML.
Arrow was advised by Pinsent Masons (Ed Stead, Ben Elliott, Rob Cunningham) and RSM (Alex Milne).
Circle was advised by Lincoln International (Chris Brooks, Thomas Gittens), HCR (Martyn Davies) and BDO (Derek Neil).
The transaction was supported by CVC Credit Partners.
