James graduated from the University of Southampton with a first-class degree in Mathematics, before starting his career in M&A advisory at finnCap Cavendish, where he also qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He then joined Baird, working in their technology & services investment banking team for three years. Since joining MML in 2022, James has played a key role on our recent RSE investment, as well as offering support on Aro and Rouse portfolio activity.

After graduating from the University of Nottingham with a degree in Industrial Economics, Harry joined EY’s Assurance team where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He subsequently joined 8Advisory’s FDD team before starting at Alantra where he spent over three years in the M&A services team. Whilst at Alantra he worked alongside MML on our investments in Altius and Roboyo. Since joining MML, again in 2022, Harry has played an integral role in the MIcompany investment made by our Enterprise team and, more recently, has been providing material support to both Veezu and Spencer Ogden portfolio activity.
