Jessica Hardy joins MML as Investment Director. She brings a wealth of knowledge from her previous role at Dunedin and has particular expertise in Financial Services having worked on a number of transactions in the sector. She started her career as a strategy consultant with Accenture.

Vicki Smith joins MML as Marketing Manager focusing on our external communications and market messaging. Vicki previously worked at Aberdeen Asset Management and Campbell Lutyens, as well as establishing two start-ups. She began her career in banking at Bear Stearns and Deutsche Bank.

Karan Darroch and Christian Brown will be joining MML in June.

Karan will join MML as Finance Director. She is also coming from Dunedin where she started in 2012 and had been running their finance team. She brings extensive financial and operational knowledge as well as experience of investor reporting. Prior to joining Dunedin, Karan enjoyed a career in Financial Services external audit at KPMG.

Christian Brown will be joining as an Investment Associate. Christian joins MML from the Transaction Services team at EY and prior to that gained experience in banking at Barclays.
