The day consisted of a series of workshops followed by dinner. A special thanks to Martin Heijnsbroek for sharing his experience of leaving a large partnership to build a niche consulting business, Simon Goldsmith who shared his perspective on selling to trade and the post deal experience, and Richard Holden who provided insights into the M&A landscape for professional services and consulting practices and how to position a business for optimal transaction.
Many common themes were discussed around the table, followed by a great dinner. We look forward to the next event!
