MML backed SVP Group, renamed Kerudys, acquires Initiatives et Prévention and Finapaye

SVP Group (now renamed Kerudys) a leading specialist of business services firm has acquired both Finapaye and Initiatives & Prévention, consolidating its position in the French market and extending its service offer to professionals.

Both acquisitions were completed less than 6 months after MML’s investment in 2016, to support the group’s strategic growth plan.

Created in 2002, Finapaye is an HR services specialist dedicated to payroll outsourcing. This acquisition strengthen’s the Group’s fast-growing position in the HR outsourcing services market.

Initiatives et Prévention (IP) is a specialist in Health and Safety services and adds complementary knowledge to the Group’s existing offer to professionals.
